Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, services, and agreements provided by Nierop Computer Vision, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Services and Rates

Nierop Computer Vision provides software development, consultancy, and embedded/edge solutions. All services are provided on a best-effort basis. Rates are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Quotations

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 14 days. An agreement is established only after written confirmation or the start of work.

4. Payment

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of non-payment, interest and collection fees may be charged.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment. Nierop Computer Vision is not liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit or consequential damage.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all intellectual property rights remain with Nierop Computer Vision. The client receives a right of use.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding any confidential information exchanged during the collaboration.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as power failure, illness, or natural disasters), execution of the agreement may be suspended or terminated.

9. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation.
